A tall, narrow stained-glass window occupies the right side, extending from near the top edge to close to the bottom. To its left, the title is arranged in three lines: “Deep” in lavender script above the much larger yellow “Harmony”, with “CÔR MEIBION / BRYMBO / MALE CHOIR” set in smaller, pale serif capitals between them. The lettering fills the left half without touching the edges, leaving a broad dark gap between it and the window. The window is a narrow rectangle with a rounded, pointed arch at its top and a dark outline. Its many irregular coloured panes are divided by dark leading. A gold circular motif sits near the top, surrounded by small cream and yellow shapes; below it is a red-and-white striped oval. The middle section contains interlocking abstract forms in purple, pale yellow, blue, red and green. Near the bottom, a round green, yellow and red emblem sits above a small pale rectangular panel bearing tiny lettering. The window’s saturated glass colours stand out sharply against the black ground. The cover appears to combine lettering with a detailed illustration or image of stained glass. The window’s panes have crisp colour boundaries and varied shapes, while the title uses contrasting styles: “Deep” and “Harmony” have flowing, long-tailed script strokes, and the choir name is more compact and formal. The text and window are flatly arranged on the dark field, with no visible scenery, cast shadows or framing border. ASSOCIATIONS AND AESTHETIC IMPRESSIONS The window gives the cover a devotional stillness, while the title’s sweeping script seems to move across the darkness like a drawn-out musical phrase. Its lavender and yellow strokes feel almost weightless beside the window’s dense geometry and jewel-like colour. The contrast sets open, lyrical lettering against an image built from small, bounded pieces. The arched glass may bring to mind a church interior, but the forms within it resist settling into a single reading: the gold circle, striped oval, and bright emblem can suggest ceremonial or heraldic imagery without resolving into a clearly legible scene. Against the unbroken black, the window seems less like a view into a place than an illuminated object held in quiet isolation. The result balances reverence with a lively, handmade visual rhythm. READABLE LETTERING Deep — Upper left CÔR MEIBION — Left of centre, above “BRYMBO” BRYMBO — Left of centre MALE CHOIR — Left of centre, below “BRYMBO” Harmony — Across the left half, below the choir name OBSERVATION NOTES - Tiny lettering on the pale rectangular panel at the bottom of the stained-glass window is not legible.
